Needed a new knife; saw this and thought why not? Well to my surprise it wasn't too shabby. I reach for it often %26 have no complaints. I sharpen it when needed - so far it is doing quite well.

Solid construction or way for the handle to loosen
This knife is sharp and easy to use, and since it is made of one solid piece of metal there is no way for it to come apart or get food residue anyplace that cannot easily be cleaned off. I love this knife.

YUNFAN Professional Kitchen Knife.
Easy to use. I'm old, so my hands are sore at times. This didn't not make my hands hurt….while I held knife and cut. Works great. Thank you. YUNFAN Professional kitchen knife. It's really a great knife.
