Tramontina Pro-Series 8 inch Kitchen Chefs Knife

Well I ordered this knife thinking it was 8" overall when it was 8" just the blade. I considered returning it but decided a decent kitchen knife is good to have. It was sharp when received and the only thing I don't really like is the slick plastic handle.

It's so nice to have a sharp knife again. This one is perfect. Went through veggies very easily. I will get more (different types/sizes) Even if you just need one new knife..this the one. TRY IT!

I bought this knife as a disposable and was shocked how sharp it stood after i used it all afternoon i put out a huge spread. then a neighbor start cubing up cheese and i then sliced the salami and was joking good thing I bought a new knife

It cuts fruit and veggies and meat better than my old one I was genuinely surprised at how easy I was able to slice food with zero effort I was not expecting that
