At first I had an issue with the shortcut key not working for display settings, but I messaged customer service and they were very helpful when it came to fixing the problem! If anyone had this issue a simple reset of the monitor should fix it. Otherwise contact zero edge directly through email, they are more than willing to help figure it out.

So I ordered this for my son He's been asking me for a PC set for about two years now he turned 11 so I felt like he was old enough for it. This was a Christmas gift and I must say that it's nice like we've had it for about two days and it has been working properly he said he loves it. He has a Xbox series S. And it works fine with it. The picture is nice. It's very fast. He said he could tell the difference from playing on a regular TV as a PC. I decided to take a picture of it because I hate when people leave reviews and they do not leave a picture. It just really annoys me so I decided to give you guys a picture and also get the warranty just in case something does happen to it. I got the two-year warranty. I think it was like 20 something dollars and you just register it when the product comes in the mail it'll give you an envelope to register just in case something does happen. You can't get a new one or they'll send it back and fix it or etc. But overall my son loves it. I love it and I think that this is a nice set up for somebody who is young wanting to start gaming on a PC. I did end up getting the mouse and the wireless keyboard from Amazon. This did not come with the PC said this was all separately.

It looks Amazing, monitor speakers aren't as loud as I'd hope, so I'll have to buy speakers later, but overall great

I found the picture quality to be very clear. I noticed a significant improvement in gaming smoothness. The 3-sided ultra-slim bezel design gave me a lot more space.

when i was first starting my pc gaming set up journey i bought a z-edge monitor and loved it so much i wanted to buy another one about a year later to get the duel monitor. i thought this was the same one so i ordered this one (got it mixed up because the sizes are the same) however when i got this one, it was 100x better in both picture quality and the way it ran. now i'm getting rid of my older monitor and ordering a second one of these to get dual monitors that not only match perfectly but are also super smooth! i don't know the most about monitors but they function really nice and have a good amount of options to customize the display settings! if you're new to gaming or simply want a nice, sleek monitor i would highly suggest this one!

The product arrived in very disorganized packaging. The screen came loose and could be damaged. And it came missing the 5 screws for the TV support. As per attached photos.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Very poor customer service. I filled out for a refund the day we received the damaged monitor. I didn't even think twice when the customer service rep asked me send a picture of the damage. The response I received from the lady was unbelievable. Screen shot of her reply is attached. I work hard for my money and can't believe they don't want to honor the refund. This is just crazy!!!!

The day of delivery it was raining in my area. Wonderful delivery person left my son's PC in the middle of my driveway in the rain. Did not even take the time to put it on my porch so it would be covered. So I gave 1 star for that reason. I'm not sure about the product itself, as it was drenched all the way through and ruined. Only reason I do delivery is because I work two jobs, and sometimes delivery is my only option to get things for my household.

RECEIVED THE MONITOR AND IT WAS SMASHED THE SCREEN WAS CRACKED AND WALMART CUSTOMER CARE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HELPING YOUR SITUATION. DONT BUY FROM WALMART FOR THIS MONITOR JUST BUY FROM SELLER WALMART IS THE SCAM!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY TO EVEN PAY FOR WALMART PLUS IT ISNT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!
