This keyboard case for my IPad is the best one I’ve ever had. I work in home sales so I use it every day. Apple Magic Keyboard is too expensive for the reasonable buyer/user so I’m left piecing together cases and keyboards. The ZAGG ProKeys is superior in every way and the ProKeys 2 is even better than the first. Price is well worth it, Walmart made it even better with it being on sale and not charging for shipping.
It has the perfect fit and helps keep my ipad safe. I love the keyboard but know they have a history of the keys on the keyboard coming off.

Zagg keyboards are the only keyboards I use. With this being said, I don’t like the two piece feature of this one. My tablet with the cover are heavy and the tablet often falls off the magnetic keyboard piece if at any angle, like when I place it on the arm of the chair when my cat is sleeping on my lap. I wish it was just one piece like the one for my smaller tablet. Otherwise, it works great.
opened box and will not charge
I purchased this online from Walmart on January 20, 2026 to replace a 4 year old Apple product. A key popped off the Zagg after only 3 Months of gentle use by a senior. Zagg refused to accept the Walmart Online Receipt as proof of purchase and has refused to honor their Warranty. I have submitted the Walmart Receipt TWO times without success! AVOID THIS CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCT with a WORTHLESS WARRANTY! Spend the extra money and buy the Apple product!
The Zagg keyboard did not work right out of the package. the green LED power light cones on only when plugged into a charger. never chargers and never stays powered up. cannot connect to Ipad. The combo kit does not fit onto the ipad properly. i only bought it online from walmart because of the decreased price. now to see how mean customer service will be at my local Walmart.
No longer charges, have only had about 6 weeks and used a few times
