I like that there is no bad taste,and it's coated so its easy to swallow, I love the fact it is time released,and it is a decent price. This is my second purchase, I would highly recommend this product.

B12 is not a synthetic form, which guarantees better absorption, I very rarely find this good form of vitamin B12 in multivitamins. Principe Good and clean product combination at a good price. This B -complex gave me a great boost in blood metrics - now B levels are back to normal. I take it after the food in the first half of the day mostly. I feel more energetic and other blood metrics are starting to get better too. The taste does not bother me, I do not feel it at all. Great quality and ingredients

I am taking this to compliment SAMe and have found I do feel better for using it. Good quality, reasonable size neutral tasting tabs , slow release is definitely an advantage and bioactive ingredients means I am not taking more than is needed. Would be better if the jar wasn't so difficult to open.

Bought for my husband to give him more energy and help with skin rashes. I do not think this has helped much but that doesn't indicate that the product is not good. Just not the right thing for him. The capsules do not smell bad like some b complex. Purchased on special so price was good.

This is a good methylated B complex. Most have way too much of each vitamin which is a waste as your body will just flush out the excess. My regular go-to was out of stock so I searched and found this one. The only thing that made me take away a star was that I would prefer a little more folate. This will be my backup for when my other one is out of stock.
