These work very well for heartburn .They are not immediate relief pills, must take continuously , follow directions.After a week or so you will start to feel the results.

Works Great
These work when nothing else does for me. You get a good product for a lower price for a good heartburn medication. I highly recommend this for your heartburn relief. I am so proud of Walmart stepping up their game with shipping. I ordered these and other items at around 10pm and they were at my house before 11am the next day. Now Walmart is giving Amazon a run for their money with fast deliveries. The last five to six times I ordered from Walmart they delivered by the next day and that keeps me coming back. Keep up the great work Walmart and thank you

Top notch heartburn relief
This is the only heartburn relief tablet that my husband will take. He has dealt with heartburn his entire life and takes this on a monthly basis. That to me says everything about this product.

The best heartburn relief there is (unfortunately)
Old Zantac (Ranitidine) used to work SO WELL when relieving heartburn or acid reflux symptoms. Now that we know it causes cancer we have to do with the new Zantac 360 which is both less effective AND more expensive than Zantac used to be. After trying a lot of other products on the market for immediate relief (not a daily dose) this seems to work better than just about everything. Here's to hoping they find something equally as effective and don't just stick with the Zantac 360 formula.
