I purchased it for recovery from vitrectomy surgery which required head down positioning. It quite comfortable, and since it was marketed as nonmedical, it cost considerably less than the head rest specifically for vitrectomy, and not as comfortable.

i was given this massage chair as a Christmas gift. i absolutely LOVE it. its so easy to put together and use. my husband definitely loves it.

Good and affordable, perfect for the job.

Says it'll hold up to 300 pounds. I'm about 250 and I'm about 6 foot tall and the ergonomics aren't quite right on it. Some people with a different body type might find it at quit but not for my body style.

It's really neat and light weight.

I am missing the C knob attachment piece for the headrest frame.

The chair didn't come with the screw in piece that holds the head when you extend it. That being said, I can't use this chair for anyone tall so it's almost not usable. I don't like that I can't contact the seller to get that knob. All I can do is write a bad review but even after, my chair still won't be fixed.

I wish there was a review lower than one star, really, this chair is horrible. Don't spent your money. The instructions are not helpful and the pads are not comfortable at all. The set up is just not good.

I want to say there is dried glue in many places on the chair and places where the knobs are it looks terrible.

The base to the headrest is missing.
