Very nice, worth the money

At first, I wasnt sure about the sound, but it grew on me. I feel its a really good quality product for a beginner, which will be my son. The keys are nice and slim which is nice for his finger, but surprisingly, my fingers as well! Assembly was super easy, like five minutes. It came with a mic, headphones, seat , keyboard stand, and sheet music stand. You really cant complain and it feels nice and sturdy, everything in this package does. Its really nice and compact also

My 5 year old grandson is having piano lessons for almost 2 years, He had a cheap little keyboard and it broke so I bought him this. He loves the music book holder and bench. He is doing awesome at his lessons and I feel like this was a nice reward for his hard work and dedication/

It was delivered faster than I expected thank you. Easy to follow instructions on how to put it together. I didn't know I had to buy the cord to get it to play, I thought it came with it.

Very easy to put together. Only thing I didn't care to much for was the microphone. It looks more like a child like toy otherwise everything else was nice. The headphones could be upgraded as well. Overall very nice. The sound is perfect.

The product works as described, but when I opened the shipping box the knob on the seat was busted and several of the keyboard keys had been jared out of place. I had to push them back into the spot for the keyboard to play. I did not return the product because it would have taken too long to get a replacement.

Purchased this for my grandkids to use when they are at my home. When I received the box it was missing the power cord and microphone. I contacted them and we settled for 20% off. Now I have to try and get a power cord. The keyboard is great with batteries. Just need a power cord.

sound not working

Did not receive FedEx delivered to the wrong location. Trying to get in contact with this company to file a claim like FedEx has said has been nothing more than a nightmare. Low stars for the inability to contact anyone at the company. Couldn't tell you how the product is but if you have any issues and you need to contact someone.... Goodluck!

I ordered this product as a birthday present. The seller created the shipping label and never shipped the item. I contacted the seller three times on three separate days via email inquiring about the status. The seller replied, "please wait, check it later." I then contacted walmart to determine what the issue was. A representative informed me that the seller no longer sells the product. Additionally, the seller lied to Walmart and stated he informed me of the status %26 and chose to wait for it to be restocked. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! This seller should not be trusted. I requested a refund and will receive it in 5-7days. HORRIBLE experience with this seller. BE WARE!!!
