Wow, thank goodness there is a video in the description online on how to put this together. Otherwise with just the diagram on the sheet of paper I would not of been able to assemble. My sister kept saying, I can't believe you put that together. Again, follow the video in the product description online. Not happy I had to pay $19.99 shipping, but total cost of everything was still worth it.

The instructions to assemble it were only in pictures that were not easy to understand. I can build about anything so I figured it out but it would not be easy for a beginner without better instructions. For the price it is great.

the description to put it together was a little bit unclear. other than that it's going to be a very nice dirty cat tree. before it was even finished my cat jumped into it. I think she's going to love it.

this is good if your on a budget %26 you wanna spoil your kitty cats. But when you are putting it together. you have to punch it for the holes %26 the directions are so small %26 nothing is numbered or letteed.

Nice for a small kitty, easy to set up so far the material has been durable as our medium size cat plays daily. The small balls seem durable. Overall, not a bad buy! We're pleased with this.

Bought a cat tower for a my cat he loves it. But recently he got the rope from the hammock tangled around his neck, luckily I was there to cut it off him. I'm leaving a review so everyone knows to watch out for something like that happening to your pet.

The first thing is there were NO instructions included.with the product. I had to look at the picture in order to put it together and then I don't think it was done correctly. Also the cover for the "hideout" doesn't seem to fit. Looks like it was made for a square hideout rather than a round one.

I read the reviews and they seemed positive. A few commented on the ease of putting it together. It was difficult. The size is not at all what I expected. it looked bigger in the picture. The spaces are so small. And so are the scratching posts. The platforms are almost too small for my girls also. The hammock is unusable. It might fit a very young kitten but not a full grown cat. So far my girls don't like it. I'm very disappointed. But for the price I should have known it wouldn't be the best one. I live on very limited income so I thought I'd try it.

Not enough bolts to assemble. And the directions are some of the worst I have ever seen. I used to put office furniture together for a living. So my question is what is Walmart going to do about it?

It was missing parts. We were going to return it, but at our age this was not a choice to have to travel to the store. We made some parts to make it work. It was not worth the money we spent to get it.
