Easy choice

BA March 14, 2026

The clean taste and lack of smell of the filtered water is great. I was using a camping inline filter until this came and the difference was very noticeable. The included tester also provided the difference between unfiltered, the inline filter, and the ZeroWater. Definitely go with the ZeroWater!

Removes Sodium

BigDog May 17, 2026

This water filter picture filters out sodium, which is why I got it. The water tastes great. The nozzle makes it easy to fill a cup without taking the picture out of the fridge, another plus. I drink a lot of water, so I have to refill it at least twice a day.

It's a slower filter, but a better taste in water and the thread on the filter to the picture keeps the water from getting in with the non filter water very well.

Easy to use, works well

susan July 8, 2026

This pitcher is easy to use and filters fairly quickly when using a fresh filter. The water has no chemical smell or taste. My only problem is that mine arrived without the little flap that covers the spout. I didn't find it in the box either. But I decided it wouldn't be worth the trouble to try to send it back.

One flaw

Cabincreek April 30, 2026

Zero Water pitchers had a problem with the pour spout not staying open (the one on top). You would think they have had enough time to correct that but they haven't. Personally I am sick that Zero Water sold out to Culligan. Zero Water was the BEST. I have kept pitchers for our emergency supply as I cannot imagine not having pure clean water. Other than the lid everything else is great except that I didn't pay attention to the size of pitcher I ordered. This one is small.

Sharon May 30, 2026

I ordered "ZeroWater" product, but the one I receiveed says it is a "Culligan" ZeroWater product. I opened the box and realized the 10-cup pitcher is just not large enough. I have used I guess a 12 or more cup ZeroWater pitcher with 5-filter. So I will return it to a Walmart store tomorrow and get the larger size. I have absolutely no complaints ever about ordering many items from Walmart. It is a blessing to me and I have never been disappointed. Thank you1

this water filter came damaged. the plastic was completely shattered. I bought this to replace another water dispenser of the same brand which also broke so I'm not going to buy any more of this brand and I do not recommend anyone else buy it

ONLY HOLDS 6 CUPS!!!!!!!!!

Carol April 7, 2026

First of all it does NOT hold 10 cups. It holds 6 cups. Second, the design, with the front jutting out is irritating, and the spout and entire design allows the water to GUSH out! It's a ridiculous design and after one day I already hate it. One the other hand, the filters do a great job. I have another counter top container that I like much better. I thought I'd like the pitcher but I absolutely don't!

Slow and inconvenient

Samuel January 13, 2026

I've had other 10-cup pitchers before, and either this one takes much too long to fill, or it's just not hitting that mark. It does filter very slowly. The water tastes fine, no complaints there. But I drink a lot of water, and I constantly have to refill this, and it doesn't even fill the cup I'm using. The previous 10-cup pitcher I was using did. I also much prefer the design of not having to take the top off to fill the pitcher. I didn't think I could be so annoyed with a water pitcher, but here we are. Buying a new one of the pitcher I had before and giving this to someone who doesn't drink much water.

It works but is falsely advertised

GeraldoofRivera May 16, 2026

It works properly but the filters it uses are ones with a solid, blue cap and not the legacy Zerowater filters with a peel back tab. It advertised that those filters could be used so I ordered a bunch from Culligan Zerowater, little did I know the thread is very different and completely incompatible. The filters this thing uses aren't even sold by Culligan, I've only found them through Walmart and I have no idea why I can't find any info on them.
