It should have a door to fill the upper reservoir instead of taking half the top off. The water taste is clean and as good, or better, than bottled water. Placed in the fridge supplies cool, clean water. It will reequire a minor amount of effort to lift and balance, depending on the amount of water it contains.
Raise your glasses, hydration heroes—for the ZeroWater 12 Cup Ready-Pour™ Pitcher has arrived to transform your tap water into a pristine elixir worthy of Mount Olympus! From the first pour, this pitcher flexes its 5-stage filtration might, annihilating dissolved solids like a microscopic SWAT team. The result? Water so crisp, so pure, it practically sings hymns as it flows into your cup. ✅ Zero TDS Magic: Seriously—zero total dissolved solids. My TDS meter went from triple digits to goose eggs. This is water reborn. ✅ Ready-Pour™ Genius: No more waiting for the entire reservoir to filter. Pour mid-process and keep the hydration flowing. ✅ 12 Cup Capacity: Quenches the thirst of an entire household—or just your single-minded pursuit of perfect water. ✅ Taste Revolution: Coffee tastes smoother. Tea bursts with flavor. Even ice cubes look smugly superior. ✅ Built-In TDS Meter: Because nothing says “hydration dominance” like scientifically measuring your water's purity. Gone are the days of plastic bottle guilt and funky tap flavors. The ZeroWater pitcher is your trusty sidekick on the quest for ultimate water nirvana. Verdict: Epic filtration. Epic flavor. Epic bragging rights. Drink up, champions!
I've been using these pitchers for almost 10 years. water comes out soft and wonderful to drink hot or cold. in cooking I only use the water for pasta and rice. coffee or tea. You can't beat it. I'm really serious and nobody paid me anything to say this. Hey a trick to using these pitchers. Don't grab the handle . No. Slide your hand between the handle and the pitcher and pour with ease and with the precision of a surgeon.
absolutely love this water pitcher! i had been buying cases and cases of bottled water to be delivered because i had a stroke its hard for me to go into the store. the store stopped offering the water 40 pack to be delivered so i switched to this pitcher and its cheaper for me and lighter! i perfer this water to the filtered water i used to buy!!
This is really great. This one %26 most other sizes comes with water tester. I live in an area of very hard water with lots of lime that can ruin things. We're always fighting lime buildup that ruins things like coffee makers. This takes the lime out %26 totally saves coffee makers %26 other items using water. I'm older %26 make stupid mistake %26 had to call customer service a couple of times %26 were extremely helpful %26 kind.
I'm just not a fan. To be fair a little tester thing that you hold in the water obviously arrive needing a new battery. So I can't test the water and it just feels more complicated than it needs to be. But I want to put a caveat that I think that's me. I'm a boomer and I'm usually pretty flexible. But this is just on the outer boundaries of that. I feel like they could have made this easier. had a different testing system. maybe one not battery driven one more like litmus tests or something. I'm not one to judge but my assessment would be meh.
I've used the zero water for years. It's a great product. Since summer is coming I purchased a second unit to help make sure my family and friends keep hydrated. The unit they sent me has a filter that doesn't screw in. What a waste of money. Instead of replacing it, I put a sticker on that says “CAUTION.”
The filter does not fit in the pitcher properly and therefore does not actually filter water. The water flows mostly thru the minute space between filter and pitcher thus mostly bi-passing filter. I am basically drinking unfiltered water, Need to buy a different pitcher. The water tester does not seem to work.
Shoppers should know that the spigot on this product is poorly designed and constructed. I had one for a few years and the spigot broke. I foolishly purchased a second one and the spigot broke in just two months. I tried to return to Walmart but they will not stand behind their products. Total waste of money.
Walmart shipped the order via FedEx, which does not deliver to my address. Delivery Instructions clearly state "DO NOT SHIP VIA FEDEX", but they did anyway. Today, I received notice that the item had been delivered, but it was not received at MY address. I am now trying to find out where it was delivered to and get it, or else get a refund, since it was Walmart's fault.
