It is a great water dispenser. There is no need smells and definitely no bad taste. It filters the water through fast. The pour spot is so handy and the spigot. Easy to fill with water and it looks nice on your tabletop or counter. Takes up less space because of its slimness
hey I like this thing because it has a thing on it that shows you what your water what all is in your water in that in my water is bad so I'm so glad to have this I can cook with good water I can drink coffee with good water and not have to worry about all those Puritans being in my water things and stopping up my coffee coffee without makeup I love it
I loved my old zero water so when it broke I saw this one and I jumped on it. It's easy to use but I drink way too much water so I should have stayed with the larger size. Down side is the filter that came with keeps getting clogged and I have to shake it up every other time I fill it up.
I have another similar zero water pitcher and I thought I was buying the same one, but this one is smaller and doesn't hold nearly enough - not even 40 Oz w the filter in place, so we have to fill it way too often. While I live zero water pitchers /filters and absolutely recommend them as a whole, unless you are just really tight on space this is not the pitcher you want.
I always use Zero Water as I trust the brand. The wester always taste great and the meter shows zero when water is filtered. The filter lasts about a month for my family of four. The water flows from the spigot nicely, however, the flow considerable slows when it is full vs half way full. It is small, so you need to refill often. I recommend this for 1 or two people max. Any more and get a larger size.
I have had this unit for about two weeks. It is advertised as having a 12 cup capacity. I have noticed that I am filling it several times a day. So today when it was empty, I measured how much water I was putting into it by using a 16 oz Pyrex Measuring Cup. I used 48 ounces to fill the unit up to within 1 inch of the top of the reservoir. Half of the 12 cup capacity that is advertised. I don't know if this is false advertising or if I was sent the wrong unit. I would not recommend this unit for anyone on that basis.
I needed a pitcher with a spout because I refill ALOT of water bottles. Everything was fine for about 3 weeks when all of a sudden instead of a steady stream of water, it was coming out in drips. Then, you could only filter enough water to fill the resuvor 1/2 way. It would not filter anymore until that 1/2 was gone. Very frustrating %26 yes, it was returned.
I've owned other Zero Water models from before the company was bought out, so I thought this would be great to take on our road vacation trip. This is a downgrade from the original Zero Water. This model is awkward, and worse, not only it takes forever to filter a little amount of water, but the filtration stops halfway through for some reason. Disappointed. Returned.
Water filtered as promised but not the volume promised - Not good efficiency. Never got more than six cups of water to collect in the pitcher part while the rest of the water put in to try to reach the 12 cup amount claimed by the title of the product remained in the upper part of the container. Even left it overnight hoping it would filter through more.
I'm not sure what to do.. someone else told me their water started smelling like fish..i thought it a fluke... I've only used it for a short time and my water taste GROSS LIKE FISH.. NOW I'M STUCK WITH IT AND AND EXTRA FILTER I HOPE I CAN REACH THE COMPANY
