This product works wonderful the water taste so refreshing like a water osmosis machine but doesn't cost as much. The water is purer than other filter waters that I have tried in the past and it fits in the fridge. This size is a great size so you have to continue to fill the container and clean it. Has made drinking water easier.

I keep this on my counter next to my sink, I keep it filled and use it to make ice, mixed drinks and cook with. just test the water once and a while with the included tester and replace the filter when it suggests.

According to the tester received as part of the product, the ZERO filtered water reads at '000'. From my faucet, '086'. And from a water filter attached to my faucet, '082'. What a difference. I know that we have "hard" water here. I thought that I had been filtering out most of the impurities with the unit that attaches to the kitchen faucet. But, after using the ZERO, I find that my water tastes much, much better and my morning coffee tastes great as well! I definitely recommend this product, especially if you are drinking "hard" water.

Although the tester says it's indeed 0, it somehow does not taste as good as the water filtered by the reverse osmosis which is tested higher. Still trying to understand how it gets 0 without electric powered or carbon-powered filtering system.

I love zero water filters.. however I suggest everyone double check that it's actually by the zero water brand makers and not just because it says "zero water" also make sure it's being shipped by Walmart cooperation specifically otherwise don't order it. This one was shipped with FedEx and it had already been opened and used before as it was missing its TDS water quality measuring stick.

We brought this zero water we thought that this water purifier would great but we were wrong because at first using zero water was great but after a month of using %26 having to replace the filter the water tasted very funny then after replacing that filter which lasted just three weeks

Need a gauge on the Filter. To allow user to see how much water has been passed through the Filter. The Valve to release water into a cup or bowl should be a turning device instead of a push button. Hard to hold if more then 8 to 12 oz is needed.

just bought this filter less than 2 weeks ago and now water doesnt drain properly. it collects water on the top wven though bottom is more than half empty.

I have been using the 23 cup Zero water for about 2 decades. I replaced the first one after a decade when an arm of the spigot broke. I bought the this second unit after the spigot broke on its own out of the blue finding water and a spring with pieces on the floor. Apparently Culligan has now redesigned the original tried and true unit. The new unit has made the method of filter installation a problem, they have sealed the tester so the battery can not be replaced,. The new filters have quality control issues. The first filter worked fine for maybe 25 gallons, the second for maybe 10 gallons and started out with high numbers, the third has also started out with almost no filtration! I have found an original on Ebay and will never buy this garbage again!
