These lozenges taste better than another other, just not bad tasting. There are so many times I was getting sick and avoided sickness by using them with swollen glands, sore throat, cough, etc. This will help with any bacterial sickness and seems to help every time I use it.

Great for sore throats

I swear by Zicam products! They truly do cut the duration and symptoms of a cold, but work best when you start taking it at the VERY START of the symptoms... when you start to get that 'funny feeling' in the back of your nose and throat. This is my first time buying the lozenges. I usually buy the nasal swabs but wanted to try the elderberry. I always try to keep some form of Zicam on hand. I still had some chewable Zicam to finish off so I have not actually tried the lozenges yet, but have them for the inevitable 'next time'. I HIGHLY recommend for EVERYONE to keep some of this 'miracle stuff' on hand!

Like the lozenge form. This is hard to find in stores but I was able to order online from Walmart and receive within days.

The flavor is nice (not bitter) and the lozenge is soothing. I took as directed for a full day, and felt my cold symptoms lessen.

I love the flavor %26 texture of these Zicam lozenges. I start taking them at the first sign of a cold or scratchy throat. They work great for me.

Zicam has never failed me. I feel better with in 2-4 days.

I opened up the package after I bought this item and the lozenges smelled like and tasted like PLASTIC! Gross! I don't know if this was just a bad batch or what. I do not recommend these to anyone.
