I painted my Buck Stove that hasn't been used in years and placed the fire log heater in the buck stove . I love the look of the whole thing and I purchased a sound of fire crackling and placed it on the rim . I got it on sale at half the price . It looks great and on the chilly days I can heat up the room while I watch TV. It has a remote for 15 different fire colors . The stone brick and the Fire logs in the buck stove now create a warm feeling on a chilly day.

Great price for a great product. Easy to use, looks nice, heats well. It's not going to heat your entire home but I did use it in a pinch when my thermostat broke in the middle of the night and was able to stay comfy and warm in my room in the middle of winter. Other units are priced way higher with the exact same features. Im glad I bought this one. Recommend!

Love this too death. Buy this it's the best. My fireplace insert heat stopped but still lit up. These cold days we had lately I missed the heat and looked und Walmart and found this for 75$ by the time I purchased it the price dropped15$ Best Buy ever. Fits like a glove in my tv fire place tv stand. Love the remote control didn't have one with the original insert. Different brightness and a timer. Differ t heart. Run to get one it's worth the 75$.

It was better than I expected. All of the ambiance without any hastle. It is great for families with little ones or grandparents because you can turn off the heat and the fireplace doors will not get hot even though it looks like they would be. That means in the heat of summer you can still have a fire in the fireplace! This fireplace also works in a small room as well as a large livingroom. The only negatives are that the remote needs to be upgraded and the Wi-Fi (which was the reason I bought this model) connection is only free for 1 week then it is a monthly charge. That being said you still can use the remote or the fireplce itself has a control panel. I am enjoying the fireplace.

My children and I love it! I ordered it to replace a gas fireplace in my house. After ordering I was worried I would be disappointed and kept picturing it lame flashing lights, like the 1960s Star Trek control panels. But the lights, heat and everything about was amazing! I decided to get it out Christmas Eve, and we had a blast with it! My children have used it almost every night since! The lights make the embers look like real flickering embers. And when close to a wall the light show from the back resembles real dancing flames (when in the middle of the room, it appears the wall is ablaze! We sat around it to tell stories, write letters or journals, or just stay warm. My son showed it off to his friends and they loved it too. My son wants one in his room! It has spot in the fireplace, but I love that its portable!

We already had a fairly new fireplace insert but liked this one so much more when we read its description that we decided to buy it, even though we only have one fireplace. Very good decision; this one gives off more heat and has more settings. Well worth the price. And it was simple to install - plug it in and turn it on....

I purchased the 18 inch. it was on a flash deal. so for what i spent i suppose it was a good deal. it looks nice, and was completely assembled. i didn't want to fuss with carrying wood in and out of my house this year but missed the look and heat of having a fire. the heat is good but i wish it had a control for the fan speed but it does not, so i feel like the fan speed is low. but puts out a fair amount of heat. im sure for a smaller room it would be great. also, the heat comes out i feel kinda facing down, i have since the photo propped up the front legs an inch to have the heat be better distributed. also. the remote to it somehow effects my tv. lol... it has temperature and fire effect settings which is nice. it has shut the heat off itself a few times so far. not sure if it is reaching the heat i set it to (although my thermostat has not changed) or its getting overheated. i guess time will tell with it. Im hoping it works out.

It's nice for the aesthetic in my living room. But you can't really feel any heat unless you're right in front of it. But I'm happy with the different modes it comes with and remote 👍🏽

it would be nice if it came with the owners manual and the remote! the heater is a different name than what was on the box! if ut wasn't this late since i bought ( it was a Christmas gift), i would send it back and get a refund! I'm very disappointed that i gifted it to my kids and you sent me something that was returned to you!

This fireplace heater will not heat over a few minutes, it cuts off and I have ask for a refund and so far ZIMTOWN will not send me a reply. I have ask several times for a refund and no answer, I highly recommend to not order this fireplace heater
