Zimtown 4-String Bass Guitar Kit with Bag, 20W Amp and More,Blue

I bought this electric bass/amp combo for $79.99 for a Black Friday special and it's worth so much more than that. The bass and amp are Glarry brand instruments and while not too of the line they look and feel much nicer than expected. I had one minor issue with the amp that came in the bundle not working but the Zimtown customer service team was excellent and had a replacement amp in my doorstep in no time. I reached out to them on Christmas afternoon and I had a response the next morning and a replacement at my house two weeks later! A customer service!!

With the low price, I wasn't expecting much, but this bass is actually quite nice. With the tools provided, I was able to get a pretty good sound from it. It does need a little love to get sounding the way you desire, but for the price tag, that's a decent trade-off.

My 7 year old grandson picked out out he has fun with it.

One string broke when tuning for the first time and the bag is really cheap feeling. Besides that, the bass has been a great beginner set for our 6th grader.

took 2 months to arrive, arruved in a horribly damaged box. guitar case has no padding and the head of the guitar was chipped badly. the screws dont stay tightened so you have to retune everytime you play or after about 30.minutes of play. head is bend so strjng dont lay close enough even with adjusting, so keeping firm pressure takes more finger strength and still has a vibration to the sound.

I ordered one item and they sent me somebody's else's order and l still hasn't received my order are they playing checkers with the items are what lm a business man and that's not good business they need to keep it real 100% l hope they will read this my order was a guitar and ampl hope this gets some results ASAP Walmart please read this review no props due just call me The Business Man

it was a Christmas gift and the guitar is broken right out the box

Amp does not work upon arrival.

Don't buy anything from this seller. Completely unresponsive and always late with shipments. Reaching out to Walmart customer service was just as bad.
