putting it together was a bit of a challenge, would recommend 2 people. bought for my youngest 2 grandkids, they LOVE it! great price, seems sturdy- time will tell. I especially like that each bunk has both head and foot boards. just personal opinion on that, alot of bunkbeds don't have one or either.
My two young boys love this addition to their room. It makes noise when they move at night because, I'm just a girl and didn't make it as tight as it could be. product was difficult to passible as you put the left side and the right side together you must ensure all slats are in position. this is very tricky and i recommend using the foam they are shipped with, to hold the slats in position while you line it up. this is a great buy all things considered. it is still sturdy and as long as you dont strip the screws, it will last forever. also its very light.
Our box was damaged. One of the parts of the bed was sticking out. It was a little scratched. The bunk beds themselves are awesome. It took my husband and I about 3 hours to put together. We couldn’t be happier with them. Our kids love them as well. Great product totally recommend.
Sturdy, looks great. It's fairly easy to put together. But the instructions fail to note that you need holes in the middle of lower rack closer to the ground so you can install the middle support legs! The middle support legs aren't mentioned until the last page and by then both rack are already attached to legs! If you need to flip lower rack so holes line up w/ middle legs then, It's a major hassle!
This came packaged very well. This was not hard at all to put together, definitely easier with two people. The kids sleeping on it are small, but even with play..ect..the bed seems to be holding up great, it does not make noise, andcso far has not came loose. It did however lose one star become the drawers at the bottom...lack, they are not to handy. But all in all, this bed is serving its purpose safely.
Fabulous and sturdy for 4 energetic kids. Definitely takes 2 people to assemble. Nice construction with easy to read instructions (lots of pictures). Plenty of hardware and well labeled. The crossbars in the mattress frames are frustrating as they fall out before you can tighten them. I helped my husband put 2 complete bunk beds together. There was no divorce at the end, All is well.
I’ve had this metal bunk bed for about 5 months now, and overall I’m really happy with it. The setup process was straightforward and didn’t take much time, which was a big plus. It also fit perfectly in the space I needed it for, so the sizing was exactly as expected. In terms of stability, it’s held up well. It feels solid and can support a good amount of weight without any issues, which was something I was a little concerned about at first. So far, it’s proven to be sturdy and reliable. There were a couple of minor downsides. One of the middle floor supports didn’t seem to be welded properly, but it was an easy fix and didn’t turn into a major problem. I also wish the top bunk’s guard rail was a bit taller for added peace of mind. Overall, for the price and quality, I think it’s a great purchase. Just double-check all the welds during setup, but otherwise I’d definitely recommend it.
This would've been good had all the pieces been packed and all the correct pieces were fully functional . I was able to get half completed and figured out I was missing quite a few pieces and the ones that were available did not have the correct sizing for screws. From what was available and the potential was good but it fell short, I had to return it.
I've only had the bed a couple of months for my son's and some of the bars at the foot of the bed came off, I bought two of these beds a black one and the green one the green one is holding up fine but the black one not so much, the bars coming off don't make the bed unusable but it does ruin the way the bed is supposed to look and I know this isn't the most expensive bed but I did expect better
The ladder is very unsafe. I can’t even get it to match the holes correctly because they don’t match up. So 2 holes have no screws because I can’t get them to line up correctly. The bed itself is doable but yeah the ladder is not safe at all. I asked Walmart for replacement steps. And they told me they couldn’t do that. I had to send the whole bed back. LOL what? I’ll just accept it as it is. But definitely don’t recommend
