This is a great addition to our backyard. The price was affordable and the quality exceptional. Easy assembly too.
Easy to put together and fits perfectly in the space we planned for it. The fire pit is all metal. It did not come with a cover as advertised, but I'm thinking the cover is referring to the smoke screen (based on some of the images of the product). Lack of cover didn't bother me. We generally leave our fire pit out all year, uncovered. We haven't used it yet since it has been too hot, but we are looking forward to using it in the cooler months. So far so good!
Works great very nice for price
easy to put together and works great!
Fire pit has been assembled, very easy job, and already used to roast hot dogs and marshmallows. Very pleased with it. The square design keeps it from accidently being tipped over.
A bit flimsy
You get what you pay for so for less than $100.00 it satisfies the need for a fire pit, but it isn't a long term investment. The metal is very light gauge and without a vinyl cover, which I wrongfully assumed that it came with, corrosion will take its toll quickly, if left out in the elements after we begin burning wood in it. As a vessel for ice and cold drinks, which I doubt I will use it for, you're better off using an ice chest. The ice will melt quickly, if left in the sun, your beverages will start getting warm before long and water will start dripping from the holes in the bottom almost immediately, so using it for that purpose inside I wouldn't recommend. I've seen plenty of rusty, old, outdoor fire pits and I'd hoped that this one could be kept looking new for more than a few years but I anticipate that this one be retired after a season or two, before it becomes too much of an eyesore for my patio and pool area. The next one that I purchase will probably cost two or three times as much but at least it be of better quality and last longer than I expect this one to. Or maybe that is the nature of fire pit ownership. Replacing every couple of years when they become too rusty and ugly to ignore. Enjoy it for a season or two and recycle it.
It's very nice looking, but not good quality. it'll do for a season, but looks gorgeous!
It states it comes with a grill to cook on it-- but then the directions say the grill is not food safe. That does not make sense.
Decent for the price, but it is not a grill as it states, I was looking for one that had a grill plate. The "cooler" could work for short time periods, but there is no insulation. Not sure how long it will hold up.
