Zinus Euro Top 12" Hybrid Mattress - Comfort Foam and Pocket Spring, Adult, California King

I have never ordered a mattress online and was really hesitant to order one before testing and getting a feel. But sinceI didn't have any choice, I went ahead and bought it after comparing various sellers and reading the reviews hoping for the best. However after unpacking the product and using it, I can assure you that the product is a gem and true as advertised. Even though its not very firm to my personal preferences but that was something I knew before buying. The build quality is absolutely great and its a good value for money.

Great bed I was hoping more plush, but its close. Ive had the bed for 2 months and realized the mattress isn't 12". I'm at 10.8"...the springs r 7" n top pad is only 4" tops so maybe thats why its not as plush. I'm thinking wrapped too long n temps have effected it.

I really enjoy this mattress. I prefer a firmer mattress and my back and knee pain have disappeared. I sleep comfortably and can shift in my sleep without disturbing my partner. Overall, great mattress!

Referred to Zinus by a friend and so glad! Have had this mattress a little over a month and have been very happy so far. My back pain is gone and the mattress is very comfortable, not too firm or too soft. This mattress is definitely worth the money!

This mattress arrives folded in half and vacuumed packed. It takes about a week to fully expand. But I don't like it, the middle is comfortable, I'd say it's firm. The issue is the perimeter of the mattress, if you roll towards it and sit on it, it sags and you slide off. I am trying to attach pictures showing how the edges have no strength and are saggy. I'd return but how do you return a king size mattress?? It's very affordable but I am not impressed.

The box came completely ripped and when asked for a partial refund or some type of discount they said not unless we ship it back and wait for a new one to come.

DO NOT BUY!!! waste of money ! its not good comes in all bent and has lumps and bumps on it. Do not buy this look for others with better reviews.

We've not had this mattress a year yet. It sags down so bad. We're not heavy. Wished I had bought a standard mattress. Not one to be “good” and convenient

It never fluffed up properly. Should have been 12” but ended up 8” on one end and 10” on another end. Lumpy and uneven. Still waiting for a replacement.
