Having severe peripheral neuropathy and fibromyalgia, the elevation of my legs helps so much with my poor circulation. Also having bad acid reflux, the head being able to be raised helps extremely well. I put it together by myself but would definitely recommend having an extra hand to help.

I have GURD. I have slept in a recliner for 8 years. I love the bed.we used the instructions and YouTube to put it together. Even using both that didn't have the same instructions, putting it together for 2 people, and being unable to get up and down out of the floor wasn't that easy. We had to take it apart a couple of times to get it all lined up. I'm glad it was done and conformable.

I suffer from back pain and have wanted an adjustable bed for quite some time but didn't want to pay an arm or leg. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical about purchasing, but I'm so glad I did! I already had a queen mattress, so I was good to go. My kids (their teens) watched a video on Youtube and put the frame together. They say reading the instructions were a little confusing. The remote has options for positioning the head up or down, and you can elevate your feet. I'm telling you, just do it! make the purchase. It's already at a price you can't beat, and you won't be disappointed!

Extremely disappointed with this product and how they charged me $80 to return it not including shipping and tax fees. They were rude and basically wanted me to keep it.

I would give this 0!stars if I could! This is a piece of crap. The quality is poor and their customer service is horrible to deal with. When I contacted them they gave me the run around about returning it and when they finally let me they took $80 out of my refund for shipping when I had free shipping. Horrible company!!

I have purchased a adjustable bed before and came completely assembled this on did not I contacted Walmart customer service and there would be no issues because lack of assembly required I contacted seller who said they would charge 70 % restocking fee I contacted Walmart they said would contact seller then seller said I needed original box I contacted Walmart again they said package up to another box for shipping I did seller said no they couldn’t take it back I contacted my credit card company they issued a credit and bed is in my hallway awaiting deliberation Walmart has not responded credit card company

Paid extra for the 3-4 inches plush padding on UPHOLSTERED model bedframe. It came with NO padding as advertised. Bedframe is hard as a rock with no padding and sleep horrible with a brand new premium mattresses purchased elsewhere. Allewie did nothing to help for 3 months - just kept asking 'for more photos' which were submitted. Also this does not have easy setup. You'll receive 200 parts and 5 1/2 labor to setup using 2 people. We didn't even receive a price adjustment for the Upholstered versus Basic frame that we apparently got. Oh, ad also shows 6-legged frame at the higher price paid, but only received 4- legged frame. Cant put in 0 rating, and it's worse than 0. Extremely dissatisfied!

The adjustable bed can in millions of different pieces, and you will have to get a professional or some one to set it up. The Bar that keeps your mattress from falling was broken. I notified the company and they said it will take 2-3 weeks to send out a replacement bar. please buy from a local store that has a bed frame that alread set up. its not worth all the hassle.

Packaging was very tight and the item came pretty quickly, 3 days I believe. The main headboard piece is dented on the corner, likely dropped. It was relatively easy to put together, roughly an hour. After I put it together, it was tested. The foot will go up, but not down. Put the bed on, same problem. So, I’ve put in a return request due to this. Out of the box, not working, is not something I want to deal with.

The instructions were not clear or helpful. Nothing was marked to match the instructions. I ended up having to just give it away. I never even got it assembled. I tried to return it but was unable. I lost 400 dollars. I'm so disappointed. I don't think It even deserves one star but that's the only way I could do this review.
