before buying something online. The first thing I see are the comments on the article. I was impressed by the good comments about this mattress and without hesitation I bought it and then see the price. the offers that Walmart has are always incredible

Purchased this for my son who comes home every few months. Good for the price. Came in a box and after a few days the top of it straightened out. A little flimsy on the sides but the middle is very firm. The picture is when it first came out of the the box.

Purchased this mattress a few days ago. Am a current user of zinus mattress and just wanted something new. Unboxing was fine, nothing remarkable as mattress is in perfect condition. Mattress has been resting in the plastic since I opened. As I checked again today something about the width of the bed was not right. I pulled out my measuring tape and the mattress is only ten inches thick. Disappointed. I'll be calling customer service later

I ordered this extra firm mattress, but it is too soft to meet my expectations. And it came with package with an opening outside, though it came with plastic wrap inside, it made me feel bad about it. And the mattress has some threads attached, it is the minor problem. The main problem is that it is too soft.

It feels good but the bottom part where the springs are not strong enough to bounce back up so it’s like it’s leaning

I bought this mattress around August 1st. And only after sleeping for over one month, the mattress has sagged. At night the bed suddenly makes a loud noise, almost as if someone were kicking it from underneath, which startles me awake. In addition, I wake up with back pain because the mattress has lost its support.

I'm very sincere and respectful. But I don't recommend it. It's a very hard mattress and uncomfortable to sleep on. And I'm sorry to lose my money after all the sacrifice it takes to save it. Thank you.

My hip goes into the mattress, that puts extra stretching on my hip muscles and it hurts during sleeping, and it disturbs the quality of my sleep. I have added pillows to compensate the spring compression as you can see in the photo. This work around only half works!
