It's substrate. But, the transaction was prompt and organized. Definitely would recommend.

good price and doe the job

I really like this product. I use is for my turtles bedding. It's amazing. It doesn't look like a lot but once you soak it and it expands it's a good amount.

the images representing the package shows a 3 brick value package! I ordered believing it to be a single pack with 3 bricks not a single individually wrapped brick.

Both pictures show a value brick as your one brick. Then the last picture (if you don't scroll to it) shows a single brick. Why is it that you have a single value brick pack up on a listing that doesn't even have that item on it? Extremely deceptive and not worth buying from this site.

These people are real jokesters. Advertised in photos as three pack and same cost as a three pack everywhere else but only sends you one brick.

I never received the item

Delivery was great and fast, product appeared good as expected. I read great reviews however I placed into water to expand and I noticed after about 15 minutes of soaking this dot sitting roughly center of my brick. It is either a chunk of glass or similar to a small stone/pebble inside my coconut fiber. I had to sift through entire thing after it was complete before I could put into my tank to ensure there wasn't anymore. I found one more similar size. Disappointed this was missed with packaging and hoping no one else has this issue. I will likely not purchase anything from this brand again. Please be cautious for the sake of your reptiles this could have caused harm to my snake.
