Hydroballs Leca
I got this item for several of my plants. I have multiple plants in semihydro, Leca and Pon, but the Hydroballs are smaller than the usual Leca making it ideal for my plants with finer roots. Love it!!! And I have bought more since my original purchase. It's also prewashed! Winner!!

Great for plant terrariums, too!
I discovered that these clay beads work really well for drainage in my plant terrariums. The brownish round clay pellets are mixed sizes, so they are very pleasing to the eye in a visible spot. I ordered a second bag so I could have enough to finish my original project of waterfall section in Crabtown, my hermit crab tank.

Love these!
These work wonderfully in the bottom of my dart frog terrarium. They make it super easy to drain excess water from the bottom.

Very useful!
Make sure to rinse thoroughly before using - but these are my top choice for bioactive vivariums. Very absorbent and long lasting. Great for plants in planters that need damp soil, as well.

I've been buying these for eight years this is the first time i purchased from Walmart however and the bags half empty others are completely full even when it's 2.5 pounds
