It's simple, make sure hair is damp/wet, roll hair with rods, use wrapping paper (for perms) apply waving lotion, leave on for 20 minutes, rinse (I use paper towels to dry hair more before using neutralizer) apply neutralizer on hair for 5 minutes and rinse, Nice and Easy. I've been using this brand for years. Only dislike is the smell.

I absolutely love this product it made my perm come out beautiful. It does smell bad but most of them do

I have been using this perm for years and it's a good perm however it has gone up at some places but not here.

I have hispanic thick frizzy hair and I am going to use Quantum Classic Perm to make my hair straight. I am using a comb to straight the hair out with the solution. I think it should work. The instructions are easy to follow. Doing this after getting a fresh haircut. This should help my flyaways and frizzy hair be better behaved. Thanks Walmart for offering such a great product to do at home.
