My dog is prone to ear infections. I struggled until the vet used this when we visited them. Now she has another 6 months later. So instead of overpriced vet visits, I bought this. You fill her ear and don't clean them. You do this every day for a week. After the first day, she feels better.

just as any use of products in a dog ears they don't like it but my pup has a problem that continues to happen every few months due to allergies and water. he is siberian huskey and there is a lot of fur in the ears and around the ears. when it is cold out you need to hold the product in your hand for a moment to thin it and just the amount that you want to come out at the time of putting it in. dont forget to shake well. ( try to do outside or on cold days in the basement is good. as soon as you put it in their ear they will want to shake what i do is take my fingers to the base of the ear and rub it gently together and then let go so they can shake their ears and repeat on the other side. i have always used zymox products, however, this new one doesnt seem to bother him is soft and think. make sure you let him shake his head for a few moments if the ears are bad or even just one use in both. and you will see the difference in just one day. follow the instructions and you should be fine. takes all the wax, dirt etc out of the ear. im sticking with this product it may cost a little more and a small bottle but it goes a long way without using so much of the thinner stuff.

Our dog is a pit bull and was not very happy about having drops put in his ear. The tip on the bottle made it easy to apply to his ear. Walmart made it easy to track and sent status updates.

My vet said my dog needed (his recommendation) string ear infection medicine. Cost was $68 for a very small container er good for one week. I did not get it. I did some investigating and found Zymox Otic Plus ointment. It has the exact same ingredients that the Dr. suggested med had. So I ordered it. Came quickly. I applied it inside the ear canal once daily. After the 3rd day, she was not scratcher eat anymore. I co tinier for a total of 7 days. No scratching or whining anymore. She is happy again. This works and is much less ext than the vet visit and his meds. This product saves me about $74.00. I still have half of the bottle left over. So I will refrigerate it if needed later. It didn't have a smell either. Cleared up the infection and the massive wax too. My baby… Gracie Rose. She is back to normal now.

I highly recommend this product. I’ve been using Zymox for years. My terrier mix has Ear Edge Dermatitis. It’s incurable and usually tears up the edges of the ear from constant cell overgrowth (auto immune) and dogs will be plagued with constant ear issues and itching. When I notice him itching, I put a few drops in ear and massage into ear canals, then rub into the edges of ears. Do this for a couple days, itching stops, ears are clean and have a healthy pink look. It’ll be several weeks before he starts itching again. I don’t worry about using the hydrocortizone or damage to skin (thickened skin) because it works for so long.

Very competitively priced. Originally I paid fot the same medication at my Vet's office. I like being able to get the exact same medication from Walmart instead. No Vet appointment necessary. Thanks Walmart!

This product works great! Our Lab constantly had ear infections and since we have started using this he has not had infections for years now. Great product!

I used this for my dog who kept shaking his head. It was red in one ear. I followed the instructions and did both ears to be sure. Still shook head so put tiny amount of Cortizone 10 with cotton ball to relieve any itching. The cortisone 10 will NOT relieve the ear issue though. I was doing my dogs ears with cortisone 10 before buying Zymox and although the cortisone helped itching, it did not help with irritation. Zymox cleared it up nicely.

Good for yeast infections in dogs, has anti inflammatory stuff in it to stop the redness. You need to make sure your dog does not have a bacterial infection before use though because this will make it worse otherwise. If this doesn't work the next step is a culture swab from the vet and antibiotics. Overall a great product.

I saw a huge improvement in my dog after the first use! She had been tilting and shaking her head and her ear smelled horrible. The head tilting and shaking stopped after the first day, the smell went away by the second day, and I can see that she just feels better, overall. I've been battling with her ears for a while, spent a small fortune at the vet, just for the problem to return a few weeks later, but nothing else I've tried has worked as well, or as fast as this stuff did. Super easy to use and worth every dime!
