I use a couple of pen needles and at least one syringe a day. This is a good size to be able to keep on my desk. They lock closed easily when full.

Check with your local disposal company first
I did not like the way the top closes. But what is most important is that the local disposal company charges a set rate for sharps disposal BY THE GALLON so buying quart sized containers was a mistake on my part. Check your local disposal company and their policy before buying.

Almost perfect
Strong plastic container you don't have to worry about needles poking out. They need to make the top better it doesn't close properly.

I buy something else next time
I use these to keep my syringes and lancets in until I put it in the trash, disposing of it properly of course. A quart size sound like it may hold a lot but it's actually not very big. I use a syringe that is roughly 4 inches long and it doesn't hold all that many, the bottom is narrow,

I woukd like the container to be a little heavier but they will do. The B %26 D brand is now out of my price range.
