Product was exactly what I needed due to me finding it last minute and the price. Although the price was cheap, the product was good quality. It kept my dishes warm and edible for everyone at a party I attended. I loved that I didn't have to buy other accessories as this product had everything I needed. I will definitely purchase this product again if it is offered.

The product was definitely what I needed for my event. I wish the price was lower though. I paid $20, but given then there are only 2 half pans, you can only put 2 types of food in each pan. A better price would be $13 before taxes.

Keeps the food hot and comes with everything you will need except the water and lighter. Remember to put 1/2 an inch of water in between the two pans. Remember to have a lighter to start fire. Also you can use the fuel lid to open the other fuel lid. (Pop it open with the same item.)

This review is ONLY about the store on Tustin Avenue in Orange, CA. I have been to this store three times, and have had a bad experience three times. I drive farther and out of my way to another store because I cannot understand how this store can continue to operate so poorly.

I was having a super bowl party and now i'm having a graduation party.And these stands are perfect, shafing dishes that are come with the everything you need to set up for a party.Very sturdy, and I love the fact that I can reuse a lot of the trays again

We were serving baked potatoes with several toppings %26 I wanted everything to stay warm. I googled how to do this and we needed a chafing dish. I went to Walmart online, my go to site for everything! I purchased this %26 tried to keep warm onion rings, real bacon, and shredded chicken. They were not kept warm at all Very disappointed. Wished I had taken a picture but did not. This product used gel fuel. I don't know but it was a huge and expensive disappoint. I guess I should start a return (?). I used it so not sure about that.

One of the fuel cans was completely dried up and unusable right out of the package. I didn't check them before the day I needed them because I assumed everything would be fine with it all still being sealed. Ended up not being able to heat half the tray the day of the party.

Honestly, I wanted to give this only 1 star simply over the fact that it has a California proposition cancer label on it which concerned me, but I was already stuck with it with no additional time to replace it before hosting a party. However, never again will I buy this product as a cancer survivor with family with little ones. The only reason it gained a second star? Was due to the overall price and the fact that it did work like it was supposed to. Unfortunately, I don't recall the cancer warning note online, so that may be on me.

I ordered this item; i received a delivery date and time. Then i received another email stating that this item was no longer in stock. i have not received my $42.00 back on my card and i can't get in touch with anyone. i need my money back are the item ASAP.
