It's too soon to tell right now because I still have a little more than a bottle left. But I can say I noticed that Im sleeping a little better.

I have a lot of neuropathy in my lower legs and my feet. I notice a difference when I forget to take this so that is a good sign. I'm a bit confused by the directions on how much of the droppers to take. But that just might be me and my brain fog to blame. I really like the taste. It's sweet, but not too sugary and the flavor is nice. I buy this and give my husband the second one for his restless leg syndrome and he likes it too.

I just recently started this liquid Magnesium. So far I am liking it better than the tablets. The flavor is tasty. The only problem I have with it is that I find it difficult to read the lines on the dropper. I will know more the longer I take it, however I feel it is doing its job. So far so goid!

There needs to be measurements on the oral syringe in the bottle.

Received my 1st. bottle from a friend. It really works and has a lot of vitamins but I already take, so I don't have as many. continue to buy and it does last for the whole month. thank you

They work great. I just put a couple quarts in my lemonade and it taste like strawberry lemonade. Very helpful to relax and go to sleep at night.

Thank you for the liquid options, because granddaughter cannot swallow the horse pills, plus she loves flavor.

i received this today so I can tell how it does in the long run. it tastes like sweet strawberries 🍓. very tasty.

I was hopeful about this product but the dropper does not have markings on it to get proper dosage. I'm just guessing and I don't really like that. In the pictures it says 0.5ml, etc but not marked on the dropper. I took 1/4 ish of dropper and the taste is not great. I wanted it as a sleep aid but I don't know how much I'm getting.
