It came in the mail when they said it would. It assembled easily. Trimmed around the whole yard, driveway, house, garage, patio, trees, flowers, etc. and was still running strong. Charged it fully up again and still runs like new. Don't know how many years it has in it but for the price I'm very happy with the way it works so far.

I bought this weed wicker/trimmer to use myself. As an almost 70 year old woman with weak wrists, this trimmer is great! It is easy to handle and maneuver. I like that it also edges.

Lightweight pretty easy to assemble. Only difficulty is trying to determine what to buy for the replacement trim line would recommend for senior citizens.

for battery operated weed wacker it does its job I can't complain especially for the price

The weed eater is nice; I can't keep the string in it keeps braking; I have fixed it 5 or 6 times. Any suggestions? Also looking to buy more string don't know what it takes, no numbers. I finely had to take the protector off, it helped some. Any help would be appreciated!!!!! Thank you Kathy

Although the function of the motor itself worked fine, the moving pieces break too easily. I was o my able to use this weed eater a total of 3 times and the entire piece that cuts broke into pieces. If it weren't just plastic and made of metal I'm sure it would've lasted longer. Disappointing. Will not purchase again. At a loss money wise.

Do not waste your time ordering this. It is not even worth $5.00. It is weak and will not cut through grass. It just doesn't have any power at all. I thought I would try it and no, had to get a refund. That 20v 2ah battery will not last very long or provide the power one needs. Spend the extra money and get one that has a 40v 4ah battery. They are powerful and lasts a really long time
