Del Monte White Whole Kernal Corn was the perfect addition to my crockpot chicken chili recipe. The white corn added a fun texture and color as well as a yummy sweetness to balance out the acidity of the tomatoes. The can was easy to open and I appreciate being able to incorporate vegetables into meals with not much thought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use canned corns very regularly in my home cooking. I haven’t tried Del Monte’s corns before and white kernel corns ever. I tried a few kernels before I started cooking with them and the crunch/chew that yellow corn has was missing, it also had a subtle chemical-ey taste. However, making it as a side to my Chicken Fajita night was a success. It worked wonderfully with the Mexican spices and we had a great old time breaking bread over it. Especially for the price point I wouldn’t buy it again because other better options are available in grocery stores.
