I am happy with the product and have tried any recipes for vegetable soup, but none have come out as good as when I add this soup mix to my vegetable soup. I make it with carrots, celery, zucchini and onions, a little barley and then add this package (2 of these or 1 of these and 1 minestrone for an 8 qt pot) and some additional spices (salt, onion powder and garlic powder) DELICIOUS!

I have used this product for many years. I have never been disappointed with it. I add fresh vegetables and the whole family loves it. I also add some tomato sauce to give it a red look.

Excellent product, easy to use and embellished with your own added ingredients ((I use fresh zucchini, onion, celery and carrots) for a yummy home style comfort food just waiting for oyster crackers!! Enjoy!!
