I love it! Is the only windup alarm clock that I will ever use. Is loud enough and doesn't need batteries or electricity. And best of all is very accurate.

I bought a similar clock but returned it(the alarm switch was difficult to use,it would go off wirhout being set),this clock has a lever switch for the alarm and is much easier to use.It is keeping time accurately.

The ticking is very loud. There is no way a person can sleep with this on their nightstand. I will have to buy a different one. I wound it 12 hours ago and so far it keeps time. It looks nice, is a good size for reading numbers and has metal winding keys. I took a video to share the noise level but the review only allows photos to be attached.

The packaging was terrible and not enough to come all the way from China. The clock did not work after it was wound and I did not overwind. Rather than go through the whole return process, my son in law is trying to fix it. The Westclox clock is all right for the money, but they need to package it better.

The clock will not alarm! Would have returned it but I bought it for someone else and she didn't tell me it wasn't working. So I would not recommend it, if it wouldn't work and it brand new.

The design of the winding and setting controls is very poor. You can't turn the winders easily because the setting handles are in the way, likewise for setting the time. For such a large clock, it should be easy to do these things.

The clock stops working even when there's still a lot of wend left in the mechanical, and it ticks faster than it should. I am disappointed with the clock.

The quality has definitely gone down. The alarm is barely hearable and these never last more than a few months before they have to be thrown away. Only the lower price keeps me buying them

The knobs wind backwards - toward the left. The alarm does not ring for very long. Overall it is not nearly as good as the previous one I had - same brand.

Worked great, for about a month. Then it "died". Very disappointing! I really needed it---an easy to set alarm, as my shift can be different each day; and good %26 loud so I would never sleep through an alarm again.
