like the telescoping function. like that its heavy duty. just wish that it was a little bit wider.

This ladder is perfect for doing little chores on the house in and out. It's compact in storage and can take different shapes. Definitely recommend it!
rungs could be wider for heavier people that ladder is made for, otherwise good quality
The video made it seem so easy to use. You just lift and the ladder stays at the hight you set it. but that's not quite the way it works. The sides don't click in consistently and so when I'm standing on it, one side will droop down. Very unsafe. The steps aren't comfortable on the feet either because they're more like railing than steps. Way heavier than other ladders and some assembly was required.
this ladder is good for people who need to have a ladder inside of a living quarter and need to be able to store it with limited storage space. The latter is not very sturdy. it will wobble if you aren't careful. But if you need something that's going to be tall and then we'll be compact to store indoors. it's a good choice
The ladder tucks away pretty good, it's kind of heavy, and when I extend it all the way straight up, it sags when I'm half way up. Young, I'm too scared to go pass the mid point to see if it snaps, or gently ben to the floor. It puts me in the mind of a rope ladder that helicopters use. I didn't return it, because I was doing several jobs, and gardens gotten around to the extension job. It's February 20, and Walmart said my cut off time for returning this product was February 7th. Also, this ladder is safety certified it says “EN131”. I'd like to see a video of the test.
No phone number to contact can not use number listed on instructions missing part C 2 X fixing nut. Shipping box was damaged and open possibly fixing nuts fell out.
In order to assemble the stabilizer, its supposed to come with 2 screws and 2 nuts. I received 3 screws and zero nuts. So I cannot assemble nor use the ladder until I can find nuts that fit. Major inconvenience!
I'm so sorry to say that, but I don't feel safe when I get up on this ladder and I don't know how they sell it, I want to return it but I used once already
