Appears to be refurbished -- not in original packaging, and came without instruction manual or warranty info. Was priced like a new item. Not happy.

solid tool, I have a lot of tools but not one of these, was gret for trimming off baseboard for new cabinets. Will be using to trim off and replace some brick molding that is starting to rot.
