Disappointed vendor supplier
I had no problem with the item I received however, the way it came was unprofessional. The item came in bubble wrap only, no box no instructions, etc. I am giving this as a gift now I need to supply my own box and it looks like I bought something from eBay very disappointing.

The product description said it was new in retail packaging. It was not, just in a clear plastic bag. Not appropriate for a Christmas gift.
