I was using a rotary tool with a battery today and it went dead. I was trying to remove burrs from a piece of copper tubing for a water heater install. The battery went dead and I grabbed the Neu Master. More power, better design, and let me finish the job instead of waiting 8 hours for the battery on the other to charge. This will be my go-to tool from now on.

the instructions were lacking on how to use the extension tube. they were no where to be found. also pieces were included that didn't show at all in the manual
great value good powder so far give it a month ill b back
stopped working within 5 minutes. Customer service sent me back to Walmart. Need to waste more time trying to either get a replacement or money back. Worst quality ever Should have bought a Dremel.
