Compression is good. I wish the criss-cross support strap was a bit longer but overall it does the job.

Just what I needed for my knee! Perfect!
I ordered the 7XL - 8XL but was shipped the 6XL. That was the only thing wrong with the product. Even though it is a very tight fit, it has some flexibility to it. The Velcro straps stay in place as they should.
The knee sleeve fits my large leg well. It was a few days before my knee starting feeling the effects of the compression.
