Not too big, just the right size and not bulky but streamlined design. excellent finish and durable. The first order I received had a chip on one of the cups handles as they weren't packaged well and just had some paper wrapped around them. The problem was resolved however, and Wal-Mart let me keep both mugs and I was refunded full price. The second time I ordered, the mugs arrived without any damage. the colors and retro design are perfect.

Really great design, and the quality is quite good too. The only downside is that the capacity is a bit small.

high quality stoneware mug. has a nice weight to it, feels good in the hands, and colorful. the sage color is really nice. teas and coffee stay a nice hot temperature doesn't get cold too quickly.

have 4 place set no cups was so glzd to find the matching mugs very comfortable to hold

It's a really good product

This mugs are not 14 oz. capacity as in the description. They are 12 oz. They are beautiful mugs but just too small. I ordered 8 of these mugs and they were shipped in a box that was way too big…approximately 23”x17.5”x6”. Four of the mugs were loose and rattled together because they were not individually wrapped in shipping paper. There was shipping paper but it was just laid on top of the mugs. All 8 mugs are going back because they are too small to hold 12 oz.of coffee along with cream %26 sugar.

The order was not complete, out of 8 cups I received 3 and they are only going to refund me the money for 4 cups. money for 4 cups, I will not order something like this again.
