another home run for the better goods tuna bowls and this one was so good. I love that this had lots of flavor from the kidney beans, the oils from the tuna and the tuna has the right amount of sodium. this bowl has lots of vitamins from the beans, corn, oils and tuna. I loved this one, these are so good and worth buying. I haven't tried the Mediterranean yet cuz I keep forgetting to buy it but I know it's gonna be delicious too. I hope they never stop making these because they're so good and such a perfect quick meal/snack to have. plus, it's a good healthy bowl to eat.

I love the taste and the convenience. This is a super quick lunch that's much healthier %26 cheaper than any fast food option. This gives me the extra protein my diet requires, and it's delicious. I love all of these flavors, but this Mexican one and the Italian one are my faves.

this delicious protein Mediterranean tuna salad is delicious. The ingredients are fresh, I popped mine in the refrigerator to chill it, I'm very pleased with this purchase. It's not as big as I thought, I didn't look at the serving size and I'm very pleased I will be getting more

At first I thought the serving size was small, but it turned out to be perfect. I love the container it was prepackaged in. it's a small metal bowl, complete with a small plastic fork on the inside lid. I am camping, and this is perfect. I definitely watch this for reuse, and will be able to repurpose not only for food but other items as well, if so desired. the flavor profile was fantastic, and as I stated before, the serving size was perfect. it had just enough him of spice. It was filling. it turned a lot of good, complete protein. I will definitely purchase again.

These tuna bowls are absolutely delicious. I love the convenience of the easy to open package and the included spork. I am a college student and these make for a great on-the-go lunch that is filling and packed with nutrition. I stock up on them because I believe they have helped me lose over 30 pounds. Great affordable price as well.

I just recently found this product. I absolutely love it. It's just the right portion for me and it's a really good item to have for lunch, whether you're at work or at home. I would highly recommend this product. They have other food items as well , and they are all delicious too. Bettergoods is the name of this product. I had never heard of it before, and when I tried it, I was extremely impressed.

I'm usually skeptical of anything tuna. I'd rather make my own tuna salad. However, I've loved everything I've tried from Bettergoods so far, so I decided to try this. It is delicious! I feel like it could use a little onion, but it's delicious as is. There was more tuna than I expected, so it's a great source of protein. I just ate it with a fork, but it would be great on toast or crackers. Next time I'll add a little cilantro , and maybe some onion. The addition of a spork just makes it easier. Definitely a good grab n go lunch. I doubt I'll ever try the other flavors because they contain olives, which I don't care for. Otherwise, I'd try them all with the expectation of liking them. The serving is big enough for a take-to-work lunch, opens easily enough, etc. But I've been eating tuna canned in water for 45 years. I just couldn't get used to tuna in oil, really diminished my enjoyment. So I probably won't buy this product again, unless the manufacturer comes out with a tuna-in-*water* version.

I really like all of these and would eat one every day for lunch...but the sodium levels are outrageous! I can not continue to purchase these mainly for that reason. PLEASE REDUCE SODIUM LEVELS! I would also like different options than tuna, like chicken or salmon.

This was awful and wouldn't advise anyone to buy. It looked like a cat food can glam up for humans to eat and very fishy smelling. I only tried it because the lady on tic tock said it was just delicious and I thought it would be a nice quick snack. Oh I do love tuna fish on crackers and/ or bread, but this right here was Nasty.
