(2 pack) Braswell's, Fig Preserve 10.5 oz

Great flavor—very subtle but not sickly sweet. I use it to spread on chocolate cake pieces in a trifle with red wine and whipped cream, added fresh strawberries…the fig jam mellows out the red wine, as does the whipping cream.. Ran out of cream sherry so subbed red wine. Turned out great for me,

I am a senior. That Christmas song always made me want some Figgy Pudding, but the actual recipe was not at all what I would enjoy. I created my version of Figgy Pudding quick and easy using a 6 oz. cup of Snack Pack Vanilla Pudding and 1 Tbsp. Fig Jam.

These FIG PRESERVES are delicious! With the holidays coming, buy some Goat Cheese, pur the preserves over it and serve with crackers. These are the most Fresh Fig Preserves I ever bought. Well worth the price, nutricious, healthy, and they last a long time because they are thick, not runny. I will buy these again for the holidays and I can see people giving them as gifts! Braswell's FIG PRESERVES are my absolute favorite breakfast condiment. Also great on a PBJ. This was an awesome treat from my childhood and still today. Just a delicate rich flavor. Only downside is I believe there is less fruit, less 'body' to the preserves today. Still a wonderful delicious treat. GREAT on a buttered waffle.

I love figs and dates, naturally sweet unlike Heavily sugared processed food so popular in our country. They cost a bit more than mass factory made but so much healthier. I've got a real bossy sweet tooth and these preserves are just the ticket. I can give into sweet tooth demands and still feel good about it.

I didn't think we would like this,...but these surprised us big time. Not Alot of gritty seeds, just the sweet meat of figs with just enough sweetness. Even a picky 5 year old loved them on toast. I bought 2 jars the next time to give to my daughter and son in law. My daughter said " Please put a jar of those fig preserves in any gift bag you give us" Chefs kiss.

Braswell's Fig Preserve reminds me of my Grandmother's homemade fig preserves. It's a taste I truly love on toast or a biscuit. At my late age, it is so special to discover a product that recalls great memories and the great taste of homemade. It is always available in my home to share with others!

I grew up with fig trees growing on the property, so I'm familiar with the homemade fig preserves. This seems to come as close to what I grew up eating as any other brand I've tried.

A bit pricey (but a little cheaper than the competition at Walmart), but my mother 87 year-old absolutely adores it! She loves the texture and taste whether on toast or PBJs

I love figs. I was pleasantly surprised at how good these preserves were. I did find them a little pricey for such a small jar. But they are very tasty. I will buy them again. Not often because of price, but I'll buy again.
