Great Flour

Koray November 4, 2025

This company is employee owned and operated in the USA. So Awesome!!!! The flour is not bleached so it retains its high protein and nutritional value. I use this in my sour dough starter and in recipes. Delicious!

I have been using King Arthur wheat for making bread and pitas. I use half wheat and half king Arthur bread flour and it gives me soft moisturize bread and its a good quality and great price. And the best thing is the quality is always the same. Im happy with purchase

In my sourdough era

Kelly October 17, 2025

I decided on a whim to start making sourdough and this is my go to flour. The quality is great and it seems to be the brand of choice for other sourdough Swifties.

I bought this to make dog treats and dog chicken nuggets. I then found a recipie for pita bread that called for this flour. All three turned out incredible. My dog is not picky at all, but as soon as I open her dog cookie jar she gets so excited because these are now her favorite treats! They are healthier than store bought and very inexpensive to make as well.

First time I’ve used this flour, love the way my bread turned out. I used my bread machine and used half wheat and half white flour and it made the best Italian bread, raisin bread and the banana bread was the best I’ve ever eaten. I will keep buying this flour. When I use up my white flour, I’ll give their white flour a try. The bread all freezes well too.

Flour wonderful, however Walmart could do better packaging! You guys sent 3 flour bags weighing 25 pounds in a bag! Needless to say, it Did not arrive in good condition. Half of a 10 pound bag of flour split open! Not good! Someone needs to use their head when packing this!

King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour for the win!

Jon June 1, 2026

I have found, as I've gotten older, that I prefer the taste of whole wheat bread over white flour bread. And then there are those persistent rumors that whole wheat bread is healthier and easier to digest than the white flour which has been stripped of the added nutrients. That said, whole wheat has a distinct subtle flavor that is absent from the tasteless white flour based breads. Let me hit you with one simple recipe: Whole Wheat Pancakes. Grab a 1 cup measuring cup, 1 tsp measuring spoon, %26 the 1 tbls spoon. Also grab a medium sized mixing bowl. - Start heating up a skillet pan on medium heat (turn your dial to 4 on most stovetops). - Grab 1 cup of Whole Wheat Flour and put it in the mixing bowl. - Take that tsp and toss in 1 tsp of baking powder (as a leavening agent). - The last dry ingredient is 1/3 cup of sugar. (You can fill the 1 cup 1/3rd of the way by estimation. Note that more sugar makes pancakes sweeter). - Next grab 1 large egg. Crack it open putting the yolk %26 white into the 1 cup measuring cup. - Add milk to the 1 cup measuring cup until full. (This is a handy way to get 1/4 cup of egg %26 3/4 cup of milk). - Dump milk and eggs into the mixing bowl and mix up. - 2 Tbls of Olive Oil. You can do one of two things with this oil. One option is to mix it into the Pancake batter. However, I just pour this Olive Oil into my multi use 11 inch Cast Iron skillet pan. If you have a dedicated pancake pan (I don't) then you can mix the oil into the batter and never need to grease your skillet. Pour batter onto heated skillet to desired diameter. The diameter you pour into the pan will be the resulting size of the pancake. As a personal preference, I just pour that 2 cups of batter into my skillet to make one massive pancake. Let cook and watch for bubbles to form on the surface of the pancake(s) as they cook. At first the bubbles will pop and subside into the batter. Once the bubbles pop and form visible holes in the surface of the pancake, flip the cake over and let cook for another minute. Once cooked remove pancakes and serve. To finish off this recipe, apply butter to the top of warm pancakes and pour Pancake Syrup onto the pancake to sweeten to taste. Enjoy!

this flour is excellent

CCWriter February 7, 2026

I love King Arthur Flour and use a variety of their products. My only complaint has been that they are pricey. This 8-pack option was an amazing value. I'm very glad that I found it. King Arthur flours are consistently reliable for baking. I've used their flour in cookies and cakes, as well as bread and bagels. This whole wheat flour is destined to become bread--something I bake weekly. As a bonus, King Arthur Baking Company has a baker's hotline. I've called them with a variety of questions and they've always been pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of their products.

King Arthur wheat flour is fresh and has a fine, consistent texture. It mixes well and gives soft, smooth results when used in cooking. The taste is clean and natural. It has good quality and feels well processed with no lumps. It also stores well and stays fresh for a long time when kept properly. A reliable flour that delivers good results every time.

Terrible product

momofthree February 1, 2026

The photos will tell you everything about my experience. I did a pick up and of course their employee gave me the absolutely worst item on the shelf, to the point where it was double bagged and put in with my other flour that was perfectly fine. First you'll notice a nice hole in the product itself, and flour all over the place. You will also notice that the product looks very thin at the top, which I thought about and put it on my food scale. With all the bags, the thick bag the flour comes in and all the flour that was leaked out, it was under 5lbs, so just how much flour was lost before the employee picked this item? I don't know, but it's alot. Not a good experience.
