Great stuff
I use this bran when I don't have wheat flour for my bread or just to sprinkle on food to add a bit of fiber. Just a sprinkle works wonders and you can't taste it. It is perfect for making white flour items more healthy.

Bran
I use bran on my cereal. The taste is negligible. I also put bran into my compost container. It helps the compost deteriorate.

This bran has been easy to use %26 I've enjoyed making muffins repeatedly. The bag is a super type of zip-lock, which I love too.

Required ingredient for Irish soda bread. Bob's Red Mill is always a quality product. Very good for you as well.

Wheat Bran
It helps my husband and he puts it on his cereal . Lots of fiber if you need it but very natural for anybody. Thank you Walmart for having it!

Bob's red mill
I made homemade bread muffins and they were the best brand muffins ever because of this product. Bob's Redmill is worth its weight and gold. Everything I've gotten from there is excellent.
