Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed meal is a must have when I make my Spiffy Man Muffins that have equal parts whole wheat flour and flaxseed meal as the main ingredients. To ensure the flaxseed maintains its high quality, I simply stash any extra flaxseed meal in the freezer after opening the bag. In addition, when possible I purchase whole flaxseeds and simply use a coffee grinder to transform them into meal when needed. Either option is great!

I like the organic flaxseed meal use for egg replacer in recipes and has good taste. I recommend it over the egg replacer fit has too much salt for replace eggs. It a good buy too for using lots of things. Made pancakes and added it to things use eggs. been using Bobs Mill products for few years.
