I’ve been eating this particular brand of chia for over a year now. They work like they should. Taste is pretty basic for chia. They swell up when placed in water, just like they should. A little goes a long way. I’ve now purchased 3 bags, and have not been disappointed yet. I will continue to purchase this bag.

i use chia seeds for many things. this brand is les expensive and i cannot taste a difference. the bag it conrs in is not so great. be careful when opening or you'll be losing your product. also not a good seal. great value for price but buy a container for storage and reuse many times over. very pleased.

I use these chia seeds in my oatmeal daily. Follow directions to soak first . I also use their flax seeds same , in my oatmeal daily . This keeps me having normal bowl movements every day with ease. I am 70 and along with my yogurt these chia keep my gut healthy. Chia seeds are so beneficial in many ways, it’s a good idea to research them to be sure you should eat them and to see the benifits. I am so pleased with these chia seeds I would never do without them. I do refridgerate after opening just a little fyi. These are gluten free which may seem odd that they say that but gluten is added to many products you would never suspect . I don’t eat gluten so I read a lot of product ingredient’s.

always buy the Great Value Organic Chia Seeds, these seeds last a really long time, which is great for my wallet. I use them often because they help me a lot with my diet. It has a slicers so you can keep it sealed after each use. I mostly mix them into my morning Yogurt. They give my yogurt a nice little Texture change not too crunchy, but a pleasant feeling. They also give me a little energy Boost to start my day.

These serve as an easy source of fiber without having to use many supplements. They're fun to experiment with in different dishes. I, personally, like to use them to make seed crackers as a substitute for flour based crackers. (mixture featured in pic)

Maybe sprinkled on salad, ice cream, soup, definitely not as a snack on its own. Learning curve creating pudding, needed stirring once or twice before full setup. I like a chocolate pudding recipe using maple syrup for sugar. Had a texture similar a boboa tea, or a rice pudding.

This is our go to chia seeds which we buy often and keep in a sealed container. I have planted some as the cats like the greens. Used mostly by humans as a protein %26 fiber source full of nutrients. Warning : Always brush your teeth, use floss and rinse your mouth after eating. Thr vhia seeds tend to get stuck in between teeth.

This is normally a good product, and the price is right. It can happen rarely, that pits are present, even in a product labelled as pitted, but for the package we received, there were far more pits than should happen by chance... Maybe they can do something to double-check the pitting process. We will try this product again in a few weeks or months to see if an improvement can be made. Maybe the pitting machines need better employee benefits? lol... Happy pitting.

There's a reason these are so cheap: they don't swell as much as more expensive brands do--in fact, they hardly swell at all, which leads me to believe that they are likely poppy seeds being sold as more expensive chia seeds.
