Bob's Red Mill 7 Grain Hot Cereal 25 oz Pkg

I make it ahead of time, put in the refrigerator and take what I need. I heat it in the microwave then add yogurt, nuts and fruit for breakfast.It tastes like grain should. It doesn't have an over powering taste. It's good with butter and salt %26 pepper too. It lasts about 5 days in the fridge. But always smell check before using. It's a grain and will go bad. It's super easy to make and cooks good in the microwave. Thank you,Bobs red mill, and Walmart for keeping it available 👍

Delicious, nutritious, versatile cereal. I needed it to make multi grain bread and it was excellent.

Its expensive but suits me

Perfect morning cereal for those looking for whole grain, non-sweetened, no-oatmeal breakfast. Oatmeal is bad for those with restless leg syndrome, and healthy cereals are hard to find without it -- Bob's Red Mill has several, and this is one of the most tasty ones. Highly recommend, and delivery is so easy through iHerb -- and so fast! It couldn't be better!!

This is my favorite hot cereal and it has become impossible to find in the local grocery stores since Covid. I was thrilled when I googled the product that IHerb popped up and I promptly ordered ten packages. The delivery was prompt and the product arrived quickly with no issues. I will certainly order again as the product was fresh and not expired. The quality of the cereal was excellent and ingredients wholesome.

Bob's 7 Grain Hot Cereal is my go-to to start my day. I ove others of the hot cereal line, but the 7 grain has a wonderful nutty flavor and a great 'chew' factor. It is often not easy to find at many retailers, so I love that iHerb carries it! Wonderful with a bit of fruit added to it.

This hot cereal is always high quality and can be used in many different recipes. The package size is big enough to last a long time. We eat them for breakfast and add maple syrup to taste sweet. I also recommend them for people who are on a gluten free diet.

It takes a full 18 minutes cooking to soften all the grains. I turn off the heat after 15 minutes and it will continue to soften and simmer. I find it hearty and tasty, even without salt. I have tried it "hard" with less water and quite watery and it is still delicious with honey, berries or even chocolate chips.

Was disappointed with this cereal, as I had previously purchased Bob's Red Mill 5 grain cereal and thought it passable. The texture was really pasty, overly thick(even with added water) and not good. It filled me up well, but that's the best I can say about it. Don't recommend.
