i like Gold Medal bread flour but it was my second choice. i wanted White Lily Bread Flour but your store was out!

Having good flour makes a tremendous difference when making bread. Something I never thought I would notice, but it is very true.

My product arrived damaged! I ordered several products, and they arrived in one shipping. Seems that someone didn't protect the flour from the coffee that I'd also ordered, and as a result, - flour got ripped, and was all over the products inside of the box. I was disappointed. This weekend I'll try and get a refund or exchange at my local Walmart store. Other than that, 4 stars that I gave this product isn't about the packaging, but about the quality and expectations!

I sift all flour before I use it. My only problem with this purchase, I had to spend $12 to get free shipping so it required 3 bags of flour. Usually not a problem, but one bag arrived busted open. My closet walmart is 23 miles. With the cost of gas, it was cheaper to write off the flour than to drive to Walmart to get a replacement.

Got in mail; bad way to get flour!!!

I have used many different bread flours, and this one is truly the worst. I like the Gold Medal All Purpose, but the bread flour for this brand is horrible. The flavor and quality just dont add up a standard that I feel should even be consumed. This is not a bread flour that you would want to switch to from anything you might regularly use baking. That's sad to say, considering I purchased in store directly. Venture elsewhere for a better quality bread flour.
