Clabber Girl, Gluten-Free, Double Acting Baking Powder, 22 oz

I used Clabber Girl gluten free baking powder to make Christmas cookies for my pastor, and the results were wonderful. When you are baking for someone else, you want to be sure the ingredients are safe and reliable, and this product definitely delivered.The cookies came out with a perfect rise and a light texture. Sometimes gluten free baking can be tricky, but this powder worked just like the original version. It did not leave any strange aftertaste, so the flavors of the butter and sugar really stood out.It made me feel good to know I could provide a delicious treat that was safe for everyone to enjoy. My pastor really liked them, and I will definitely keep using this for all my holiday baking. It is a great pantry staple for anyone who needs to avoid gluten but still wants their baked goods to look and taste professional.

I prefer to buy in bulk to keep costs down, so the larger size works for me. Sometimes I go thru baking powder quite quickly, other times not so much. Never had a problem with this baking powder degrading over time and it works reliably for the recipes I make. It's the same brand that I remember my mother using when I was a little girl. Would never consider changing brands and quite frankly I don't even know who else makes it.

So glad Walmart could deliver things needed for my Christmas baking. Larger size, should last for some time. So thankful that Walmart had some in stock and could deliver the needed baking supplies.

I didn't realize the amount of Baking Powder I'm getting. It is worth for the price, I hope it last longer.

I don't use any other brand when baking if I can help it, although I didn't realize these were 22 oz. Too much for me. I thought they were 16 oz. cans. My mistake. I'm mailing them to a friend in Pittsburgh who is now "stress baking" and making deliveries to all friends

nit the item I ordered. I ordered ALUMINUM FREE baking powder in another brand. WHY don't you stick the aluminum free in your stores. THUMBS DOWN on this
