switched from Great Value
all purpose fine, but made a change with a noteable difference. soft textured dough, easy roll out, easy mix...feels silky. Pizza %26 breads,cakes %26 pies...SOPAPILLAS DELICIOUS!! SOFT TEXTURE

Sometimes I use the cheap flour if you like really good homemade bread don't skimp. Bakeries use the best flour that's the quality taste I'm looking for.

works great for my pancakes
The flour quality is nice, though the price is a bit high compared to other places. It worked really well for my scallion pancakes — great layers and came out super crispy. I made 10 at once, froze them, and just cooked a few at a time. Pretty happy with it.

Great brand if stored properly
I usually get this brand from another store and its always great but this last time I got it from Walmart, the flour was a little grainy almost like it wasn't stored properly at some point. The bread I baked didn't turn out as nice as they usually do and I made multiple batches.

Eric fail
Bag was ripped to shreds, but placed in another plastic bag so I guess that was supposed to make it all okay. I bought online to avoid having to go to store. Now I have to take this stupid bag of flour back to store for credit. Very annoying. Probably not worth the effort to drive over there ....

The paper sack broke and the flour spilled all over my floor. Paper bags are worthless for heavy items.
