I always use PURE can sugar! Never anything that is not pure. C%26H can always be counted on. I recently took a health class and the dangers to our liver and health in general from high fructose corn syrup is real. Fatty liver is no joke! If you are going to sweeten with anything besides monkfruit or stevia, please use pure cane sugar which is also natural.
I always like the C%26H granulated sugar but this time there was a hole in the bag and the sugar had became lumpy and had to break it up. I realize that things happen but this bag of sugar should have been removed and put in damages. It came to me in a grocery pick up. Please train your shoppers better.
i am very picky when it comes to sugar. i always buy the C %26 H brand because it stands for California and Hawaii. i am partial because I was born and raised on a sugar plantation in Hawaii. my father was in management (cultivation) on one of the big sugar plantations. we had a sugar cane field bordering our backyard. I lived in Hawaii for 21 years before marrying a midwest man. i know that sugar cane is processed all over the world, but the C%26H brand is stamped on my heart❤️
C%26H Sugar is pure sugar-cane sugar. It is the best I've ever tasted, it is excellent for baking, making jam, jelly, candy of every kind, and everything you use sugar for. It's the only sugar brand--in all its forms--that my extensive family will ever buy. If the package doesn't say Cane Sugar, it's probably made from sugar beets, which is cheaper but not nearly as sweet (and I'm allergic to beets).
Although I like the product the shipping was really bad. This product arrived with many other items . The bag of sugar was broken and all 10 lbs of sugar was all over everything. After cleaning every item in the box I still have a sticky sugar mess. Walmart please pay more attention to your packaging of shipped items.
C%26H is the only brand of sure bought in any home I've lived in for the past 35 years of my life. I'm not counting the first 5 years because i can remember that far back without looking at a Polaroid. I say this because I've never seen this before. I'm genuinely curious as to what these little brownish balls in the sugar are. At first I assumed the little brown things might be hard like a pebble or something, but surprisingly they are mushy-like, soft, or maybe still wet. I also thought, maybe they are just on the top, but saddle the bag is filled with them and different sizes. The bag didn't seem like it was tampered with (not to say it could have), which scares me because that would mean this could possibly be a factory problem. We honestly can't go through another "pepperoni." So please someone at this Wal-Mart location read this review and check your inventory, just incase (prayer-emoji). I'm returning my bag and getting a new one from another store. Good luck, God bless, and a Merry New Year, folks.
This is a brick of sugar. I am returning. So disappointed. Hammer bounces right back. Walmart doesn't give a video option.
I have wasted more than $20 on trying to get it shipped through FedEx. I can't actually receive it to try it.
Open up again and spill
Because of poor packing on Walmart's part, and rough handling by the delivery people, the bags of sugar arrived broken open. Sugar ALL over the inside of the cardboard box they were packed in and HUGE mess! A lot of sugar wasted.
