Excellent Maple Extract
I love this maple extract. I use it when I make cookies or other baked goods. It's my secret ingredient for my chocolate chip cookies, makes them taste out of this world!!!

A Surprise Flavor
I can't believe I've gone most of my life without this in my frig! A few drops in your pancake/waffle syrup is an unbelievable addition. Perfect for elevating flavors in cakes, cookies and other sweets. A little goes a long way!

Easy Maple Walnut Cake
Recipe: Make a box mix white cake. Add maple extract to your desired preference. (Start with a tbsp. and go from there). Add maple extract to canned white frosting to taste. Frost cooled cake and top with chopped walnuts. Enjoy!

Nice Twist on Candy Making
My son came up with a recipe for our annual holiday candy-making. He added maple flavoring instead of vanilla, which made a wonderful twist on our candy.

Not as STRONG as other McCormick extracts
Made Chocolate no-bake cookies %26 used Maple in place of vanilla flavoring.Was expecting maple extract flavoring to have a strong flavor like other McCormick extract flavorings,not so.

I normally really like McCormick brand items, but this has a bit of a fake/ chemically taste. It was just ok. Served it's purpose, but not sure if I'd use it again. I suggest trying a better quality brand.

Little maple flavor, tasted like straight alcohol
Not sure if we happened to get a bad batch or what, but while I normally like McCormick products, this had almost no maple flavor whatsoever and it tasted like I added a shot of vodka to our homemade maple syrup.
